At Hues of Manka, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging every saree before it is shipped. As our products are carefully packed and quality-checked, we follow a No Return / No Refund Policy.
No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, shipped, or delivered, except in the circumstances described below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We will provide assistance only if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered.
To be eligible for review, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number.
- Share clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
- Provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before the shipping package is opened and continuing until the product is fully removed and shown. The video must clearly display the sealed package, shipping label, opening process, and the condition of the product. Claims submitted without this unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
- Cooperate with us if additional information is required during verification.
After reviewing the evidence, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or another suitable resolution if the claim is found to be genuine.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference regarding colour, design, or fabric.
- Minor colour differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography.
- Slight variations in weaving, texture, embroidery, or handwork that are inherent to handcrafted or traditionally woven sarees.
- Incorrect ordering by the customer.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
