1. Shipping Partners

  • We primarily ship orders through Shiprocket, using trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, India Post, and other logistics providers based on serviceability and availability.
  • The courier partner for your order will be selected at our discretion to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Hues of Manka may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders meeting specified criteria.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier or logistics disruptions

    7. Shipping Address

    • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details.
    • Hues of Manka is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    8. Failed Delivery

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or any customer-related reason, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery in accordance with its policies.
    • If the order is returned to Hues of Manka due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Refunds will not be provided for orders returned because of customer-related delivery issues.

    9. Damaged Packages

    • If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening it.
    • If you discover a damaged, defective, or incorrect product after opening the parcel, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
    • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, opening process, and the condition of the product.
