Welcome to Hues of Manka.These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
  • If you are under 18, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

  • We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, and images.
  • Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
  • Slight variations in weaving, embroidery, texture, print placement, or handcrafted details are natural characteristics of many sarees and are not considered defects.
  • Product availability is subject to stock at the time of order confirmation.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

4. Orders

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Hues of Manka.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

-Product unavailability

-Pricing or listing errors

-Suspected fraudulent activity

-Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and its supported payment methods.
  • We do not store your card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
  • Your payment information is handled securely by the payment gateway.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service.
  • We may use trusted logistics partners, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post, or other courier partners.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement

Unless specifically covered under that policy:

  • All sales are final.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A continuous unedited unboxing video is required for claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Hues of Manka accepts prepaid orders only.
  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed by the customer.
  • Orders are processed promptly after successful payment to ensure timely dispatch.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as product unavailability, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or unforeseen operational issues, Hues of Manka reserves the right to cancel an order.
  • If an order is cancelled by Hues of Manka, the customer will be informed, and any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Brand name
  • Website design
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Text and other content

is the property of Hues of Manka and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Misuse customer service or submit fraudulent claims.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hues of Manka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
